Founder of GelecektekiSen, a skill production factory dedicated to cultivating a qualified workforce for the future.
After a decade of experience in traditional media, he ventured into the digital world in 2009. As the executive of a media/advertising company publishing tablet magazines in Turkey, he operated the first content workshop in the Turkish digital publishing environment.

In addition to content creation, she worked as a team leader in the establishment, restructuring and digital community building of companies spanning various sectors, including telecommunications, automotive, education, and finance.

From 2012 to 2018, he managed digital business development operations and online sales and marketing campaigns for numerous companies of different scales, including entrepreneurs, women-led businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), overseeing the digital services redesign operations of a financial company. He established and restructured platform-based services such as TEB SME TV, focusing on providing education and awareness for SMEs in preparation for Industry 4.0.

In his recent professional endeavors, she focuses on the culture of the future of work, strategic formations and competencies. Her expertise lies in the impact of education in the digital world and the human factor in digital systems. She teaches courses on "Network Effects and Transformation of Business Models" at Istinye University. Among her academic teachings is a course called "Managing Communication and Collaboration."

She provides consultancy to companies on the strategies of the future of work and designs journeys for preparing for the future, offering coaching to middle and senior-level executives. She supports technology-based companies' growth by serving on their advisory boards.

Since 2019, she has been raising awareness about new competencies in digital transformation and the future of work through the "GelecektekiSen Awareness Movement" in universities and high schools. In 2019, she delivered a talk titled "Technology Intelligence: Does It Rediscover the Power of Our Humanity?" at TEDX Izmir Women.

Since 2019, she has been preparing and hosting the program "Dönüşen Dünya" (Transforming World), which airs on Bloombergh HT, showcasing the transformations of businesses, competencies, careers, and life. She also hosts a program called "Geleceğin İzinde" (In the Trail of the Future) in online media.
