In the video we heat the split engine cases in an oven and push out the old bearings, and replace them with the chilled new ones.

We also replace the inner races of the crankshaft bearings that you can only take off with the special KTM tool (part number 58429037043) using heat.

In all, we replace the bearings of the primary shaft and countershaft, the crankshaft (main) bearings, the shift drum bearings, the balancer shaft and water pump bearings.
