Hello everybody! Today we will be making a very quick an easy shrimp fry!

Ingredients:
½ lb shrimp
Small bowl of salt
Small bowl of turmeric
Small bowl of chili powder
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
1 onion (sliced)
4 green chilies
Cilantro (to your liking)
Cashews (to your liking)
2 tbs oil
(Optional) one stem of curry leaves


Garam masala ingredients:
2 tbs coriander seeds
1 tsp cloves
Around 15 cardamom
½ tsp cumin seeds
Around 10 peppercorns
1 small piece of star anise
2 inches of cinnamon stick



Steps:
1. Grind all garam masala into a fine powder
2. Marinate shrimp with ½ tsp of turmeric, chili powder, salt, and ginger garlic paste

3. Add 2 tbs of oil to pan and add sliced onions and fry until light brown.
4.once onions are fried add ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell goes away.
5.Add marinated shrimp and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for few minutes.
6.Add curry leaves and fry(adding curry leaves is optional)
7.Add remaining masalas, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp of coriander and cumin powder and 1 tsp garam masala.
8.Mix everything together, cover the pan and cook for few minutes.
9.check the salt and adjust if needed.
10.Fry until the shrimp is dry.
Royyala vepudu is ready and enjoy the dish :)
