Italian Property Viewing in Scalea, Calabria, Italy

I recently viewed two apartments in Scalea, Calabria, Italy. This is the first apartment I saw. I am not a realtor; I am a nurse who lives in the United States, and I love Italy! My Grandmother's family came from Calabria, so it holds a special place in my heart! I've been studying Italian for 6 years now, and I have always wanted to purchase a second home in Italy.
I finally made the leap and bought an apartment in Scalea in May of 2024. I will show another video of that property and future videos of renovations, the town & traveling in Italy.
