Roadmap to Integration 2012

Launch of the Roadmap to Integration 2012 This will be the second annual Roadmap to Integration produced by The Integration Centre and the follow up edition offers the added bonus of revealing movement in policy over time. Four major changes, and a number of minor ones, have occurred since the publication of the Roadmap to Integration 2011, embodying both positive and negative difference. As with last year's report, this Roadmap identifies the main blocks to immigrant integration in Ireland .

Solutions are posited to problems and those responsible for putting these in place are indicated. The Integration Centre is especially pleased to be joined by Dr Walter Kindermann, Director-General for Integration Affairs at the Hessian Ministry of Justice, Integration and Europe . Mr Kindermann is a specialist of integration policies in the state of Hessen, a region in Germany that is often referred to as a model of integration.
