Fresh Grouse and Bannock Cooked Over the Fire - Catch Clean and Cook

I started the day out hunting grouse in Northern BC with my .22lr. After harvesting a grouse and cleaning it up, it was time to cook the chicken over the fire. We made our way to our favorite camping spot and cooked up some bannock on a stick and the fresh grouse over the fire. We even topped it off with some homemade beef tallow that I brought along. It was the cherry on top that made it just right!
