Second Pacific Women Lead Annual Reflection and Analysis Workshop (2024)

The 2024 Annual Reflection and Analysis Workshop was held in Fiji from 9 to 13 September. The event – central to our stakeholder-led learning approach – provided a space for dialogue, collaborative analysis, and collective decision-making.

Around 140 representatives from more than 60 Pacific Women Lead portfolio partners across the Pacific gathered over 5 days to celebrate and reflect on the progress of Pacific Women Lead. Partners shared stories of hope, change, impact and learning.

Using qualitative and quantitative evidence, partners rated the progress of the program so far, and agreed on recommendations to help shape the direction of Pacific Women Lead in the new year.
