Sun Valley & Twin Falls, Idaho | Shoshone Falls, Ketchum, & Black Magic Canyon!

After we left Stanley, Idaho, we headed south to Sun Valley. Of course, our first stop was breakfast (which has to include pancakes) and coffee! We spent some time in the town of Ketchum walking around and enjoying the walk-able streets. We had found a (very random) canyon on TripAdvisor that we wanted to check out, called Black Magic Canyon. While it definitely wasn’t what we expected - ya know, lots of dead fish, we were still really glad we made the stop! It was just something unique to add to the list of things we had discovered in Idaho. Our last stop of the day was the main stop in our minds. Shoshone Falls is relatively well known among those who’ve looked into what to do while in Idaho, so we wanted to make sure we got to check it out, and WOW we are so glad we did! This was easily one of the coolest stops we made in this state and they did not disappoint - these falls are taller than Niagra! If there’s only one thing you can see while in/near Twin Falls, make sure it’s Shoshone Falls!
