This video outlines the OneStep App but also goes further and questions the wisdom and integrity of some of CelloScope's (parent of OneStep) value proposition in their $95/month, "all you can eat" unlimited virtual Physical Therapy Sessions offering with a licensed Physical Therapist. This video also documents the inconsistency of what OneStep advertises and markets, and what they are willing to commit to in serving customers. This video documents what very much appears to be a 'bait & switch' business model/strategy in what is taking place with OneStep.

The gait analysis software seems promising and holds potential, however it's clouded in what I feel is reckless and irresponsible marketing. I would like to see the company pivot in their marketing and only market what they are willing to honor, to the letter, in contract with customers. The reality of the physical therapy industry with the big box chains is physical therapy assistants often do more of the actual patient engagement work than the physical therapist - on a single patient. I would like to see OneStep openly speak to how this is and be okay and comfortable with aiming to have PTAs (physical therapy assistants) comprise their network and let the app do the heavy lifting.
