anal fistula laser surgery update: 6-week recovery +mindset tips from my psychiatrist on how to cope

HI guys, so this is a long overdue video, but here is another update on how recovery is going for me after having laser surgery for my anal fistula. In this video, I also share about my experiences/feelings/symptoms recovering from surgery (like when did discharge stop and feeling pain when sitting down even after the external wound has healed) and the things I've learnt from my psychiatrist on how to cope with feelings of worry, uncertainty and overthinking that I've felt from anal fistula surgery.
