Devin is the worlds first AI software engineer launched by cognition. Devin claims to be much more efficient than the GPTs that we have today and claims to complete the application development and deployment using a single prompt.

This created a lot of anxiety amongst the software engineering community that "Is devin going to take away our jobs ?". It also fueled an ongoing issue "will AI replace software engineers ?"

In this video, I will share my personal opinion on this entire issues and using some case studies I will explain if Devin or any advanced GPTs in the future can replace humans or not.
