Ingredients:
2 cups cooked basmati Rice (preferably cooled)
200g పన్నీర్ cubes (lightly fried or sautéed)
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage)
2 tbsp oil (sesame or sunflower oil works best)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp green chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chilies (slit)
