Autumn is undoubtedly my favourite time of the year--I just wish it would last longer! Here's a cozy late fall vlog featuring nature walks, some dissertation musings and lots of reading.

Seeing as I'm taking a break from my PhD work this semester, I'm really trying to focus on self-care and being kind to my body, mind, and spirit.
