In a prehistoric age, the ancient four-tusked elephant journeyed in thunderous herds across land in search of a towering black volcano. The eagles had witnessed a dismal scene: the world was coming to an end – a giant, maddening fire was consuming everything. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Through distant continents and icy weather, the elephants travelled to find the volcano in a barren landscape of darkness and vapour. Within the volcano lived the all-powerful Goddess of Earth, with whom they pleaded for life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“I’m done keeping this planet alive,” she said, “But I’d be willing to trade the Earth for two of your tusks.” With great pain and sorrow they sacrificed their marvellous tusks, and the fire dissolved into nothingness, restoring the natural balance of life. The elephants were celebrated by the animal kingdom, and lived to wander the Earth with only two of their tusks intact. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
