IR Jammer circuit for TV pranks =)

WARNING!!! This circuit is very simple and does not work with all TV.. I recommend trying it on breadboard first make the final version.

Circuit Principle:
This TV jammer circuit confuses the infrared receiver in a TV by producing the constant signal (at 38KHz) that interferes the remote control. If you switch on the circuit, the TV will not receive any command from the remote. This allows you to watch your own program without anyone changing the channel or volume xD. The idea behind this TV remote control jammer is sending a constant IR pulse with the carrier frequency of the transmitter (38KHz). The result will be non accepted signal from the receiver and therefore no action will be taken.
Do not add too many LED's to the NE555 output (pin 3) as the LED's may become fairly.
If you wish to prove the infrared LED's are working, any standard old camera should let you see the infrared light.

1x Yellow Led (TX LED)
1x Jumper 2 pin
3x 330 Ohm resistors
2x 1K Resistor
1x 56 Ohm resistor
1x NE555 IC
1x 1N4007 Diode
1x On/Off Switch
1x Dip 8 pin (4+4)
1x 3x7Cm Board
1x 9V Battery Connector
