Kofta Curry Recipe: (tsp- teaspoon; tbsp- tablespoon)
Onions 3 large
Oil 1/4 cup
Fry the onions until translucent and grind them to make a smooth paste.
Set aside about half of this paste for later use.
Ingredients for Koftas:
Onions paste 3 tbsp
Beef mince 500g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 3-4
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Chop well all these ingredients and make koftas (meat balls) with hands.

For Curry/Gravy:
Oil 1/3 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion Paste
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Water 2 glass (or as required)
Green chilli 2-3
Green coriander 2 tbsp
In a wok, add oil and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 1 minute.
Add onion paste and fry again for 3-4 minutes.
Then add all the spices and yogurt, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add water, bring it to a boil, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the koftas, bring it to a boil, cover, and cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
Cook until the desired consistency is reached.
Add green chilies and coriander, and serve hot with roti or naan.
