笔记：
1. 我暂时接替你的工作。
不说I will take your job until you get back. (取代)
而说I will fill in for you until you get back.

2. 下班了。
不说The general manager is not working at this moment. (眼下没在工作，待会会就回来了。）
不说The general manager is out of work. （失业了）
而说The general manager has got off work. 或sb has left for the day. 或者sb has clocked off.

3. 我在忙着做某事。
I’m in the middle of something.
-Cara can you help me finish my report?

4. 我也去！
-Cara do you want to join us for lunch?
-Count me in./Sure thing./Yeah for sure.

5. 你还醒着吗？
Are you still up?

6. 我请客。
I will pay./It’s on me./It’s my treat.

7. 我想点外卖。
Shall we order out?

8. 生病了，请病假。
I’m afraid that I’m going to be out sick today. I’ve got a nasty cold. I hope you don’t mind.
恐怕我今天得请个病假。我感冒了。希望你不介意。

I’m sorry I won’t be able to come in today. I’ve come down with a bad cold.
不好意思我今天恐怕去不了了。我感冒了。

He called in sick / He is off sick.
他请病假了。
