Beating Wind Waker: The Triforce and Ganons Castle

In Part 21 of my Wind Walker playthrough on the Wii U, I find the last 3 Triforce Shards. Then I head to Hyrule and enter Ganons Castle. I fight the bosses from earlier in the game, get stuck at a puzzle, then jump into a dark void and fight Phantom Ganon. I end up getting the Light Arrows, and leave off there before fighting Ganondorf
