I (a professional pilot) explain in this ILS approach tutorial in the Boeing 787 Dreamliner on Microsoft Flight Simulator. In this video I will show how to do an ILS approach and landing from start to finish in the the B787 ILS tutorial. Simple, easy, and informative with step-by-step instructions and highlight boxes on each step. Setting up the ILS approach, intercepting the localizer, and arming the APPROACH button on the auto pilot panel (the panel is really called the flight director control panel) are the toughest parts. The rest is easy and made easier in my explanation. I also show the steps of setting up the approach in the FMS/FMC. The point of this video is to be able to do an approach and landing after watching it.

In this video we do the ILS runway 25 at Los Angeles International (KLAX).
