Suffering from Cold and Cough can be quite an ordeal. In this gentle yoga practice, we will go through some simple stretches that will help in easing the congestion felt due to cold and cough and make you feel better by releasing tension in the neck, shoulders and chest area.

You will need a few pillows for this practice. Also, check out a special Kadha recipe by my mom which helps in fighting cold!

Recipe for Kadha (Hot herbal drink for building immunity):
1 Cinnamon stick
Few strands of Saffron (Kesar)
1 Clove
1 Cardamom
1/4 tea spoon pepper
Boil everything is 2 cups of water for 20 mins. Strain and keep sipping the whole day.
