Through a negative experience with a hospital doctor, Jason explores how, despite the fact that arguments happen often, there are better ways to manage conflict. Growth mindset is a well-known concept, but how many people really know how to apply it to every day life? There is a Chinese proverb which explains a useful way to solve a conflict and avoid losing a friend. In the world where different opinions are causing division, we need to find better ways to argue that restore relationships and build a better world. Jason is fourteen years old and from his childhood, he found that language and memory are his strengths. He has a passion for many things and believes this has helped open many opportunities for him, as well as, helping to shape him to become more confident and better global citizen. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
