Infertile eggs in lovebirds can occur for a number of reasons, including the age of the birds, their diet, and breeding practices.

Causes
Age: Birds that breed too young are more likely to lay infertile eggs.
Diet: An inadequate diet can lead to infertile eggs.
Breeding practices: In captivity, birds may breed year-round, whereas in the wild they only breed once a year.
Health: Infertile male or female birds, or birds with health issues, may lay infertile eggs.
Mating: Poor mating technique or not mating at all can lead to infertile eggs.
Steps to try
Leave the eggs with the parents.
Remove the nest box and rest the pair for 6 months.
Remove the box after the chicks leave the nest.
Limit light to 8-10 hours by covering the cage early each evening.
Move the cage to a different place in the room once a week.
When to give up
If the eggs continue to be infertile, it would be best to give up trying to breed this pair. Some birds simply are not cut out for breeding.
