SOLVED - DIMMER SWITCH REPLACEMENT Part 2 for 6' Floor Lamp - A $16 20 Min Repair

Part 1 is listed in the link below. This is the second dimmer swith repair on this lamp. That first dimmer switch repair lasted 19 months. NOTE: This lamp is turned on and off daily multiple times. After replacing the dimmer switch for a second time, it works again. Be advised that the bulb must be perfectly seeded to work. If it's off center at all, it will not work. The bulb is listed below as well as the new dimmer switch (I did not buy the same one as shown in the first repair video). So, the lamp is working fine again (Total cost was $15.96). A Win!!!
