CW POTA at US-5221 with the Yaesu FT-891

I'm back at my favorite spot at Oakley Corners State Forest today. I hadn't activated here since I found the place trashed. It's in slightly better shape, but still not great. I figured I'd run a little power today so I used the FT-891 paired with a WRC 213" vertical and a Begali Expedition. The bands were weird, but it was pretty much a wall to wall pileup from beginning to end. It was EXTREMELY windy, and that didn't help matters much. All in all, it was a great activation. I filmed the 20m portion, but not 15m. In the end, I had 83 calls in the log. Not too shabby. As always, thanks for watching and 73!
