DEATH PENALTY FOR SANDIP GHOSH EX PRINCIPAL OF RG KAR MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL IF PROVEN GUILTY

The Kolkata Rape and Murder Case of the doctor at the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital has made the entire nation demanding justice by punishing all the culprits. The former Principal of the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital is behind bars already and was denied bail.

The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate S Dey observed. that the nature and gravity of the accusations against Dr Sandip Ghosh actually qualified under the rarest of rare cases category.
The court highlighted that if proven guilty, Sandip Ghosh could face capital punishment.
