On a rainy windy spring evening in 2024, two young men were walking on the shore of Lake Michigan in a Milwaukee suburb. As they strolled along the sand at the bottom of a bluff, they saw what they thought was a log on the sand. When they got closer, they realized it was a human leg. Over the next few weeks, body parts were found all over Milwaukee. There was also a car that had been lit on fire. Police were soon led to one of the most deranged men in all of Wisconsin.
