Dear Qommoditarians, we are extremely proud and happy to announce that the Qommodity team has a new member!

Let’s give a warm welcome to Jacob Westerlaken, our new Director for Institutional Investors and Insurance. 🙌

Born in the Netherlands, in 1967, and currently living in Slovenia, Jacob has a strong background in insurance and finance - he was the CEO of Rosgosstrakh, for many years the largest insurance company in Russia, the CEO at Fortis Insurance Europe, and the European Head of Funds at ABN-AMRO. 🔝

In the last years, Jacob has been an active entrepreneur, offering insurance-related solutions for large insurance companies, both institutional and retail.

Jacob will approach institutions and insurance companies for collaborations with Qommodity and also for retail propositions. He also has wide established contacts in the banking scene and will seek collaborations for and with Qommodity. 🤝

You will soon be able to meet Jacob Westerlaken on a zoom call, which we will announce beforehand, and he will also be present at our first upcoming offline meeting!
