OVERNIGHT OATS
1 1/2 cups old fashion oats
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp powder seed blend
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp sweetener of choice
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups water
1 large apple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
