Why I Backed Away From Caramel (And Why I’m Back)

I backed away from Caramel Ukulele for a couple of years...here's why. It is no fault of Caramel. I'm not going to say that Caramel makes the best ukuleles, but they make perfectly serviceable ukuleles that have held up in a very rough educational setting (climate and normal school use by middle school and elementary students).
