Canvas Brewery is a Farmhouse Brewery based on a farm in North Tipperary close to the shores of lough Derg. The Brewery was setup by four brothers to create more than just beer, the core of its ethos is to encourage creatives to express themselves through any medium.

The small batch beers are an expression of the brewers and sustainability has become a core philosophy. To their knowledge Canvas Brewery are the only brewery in Ireland producing single source beer, growing its own hops and grain, malting on site, sources its own water and provides its own power to concoct these progressive beers.

The inspiration is taken from what is around them producing off what's seasonal and what is to hand. So elderflower, sweet gale, raspberries, pine tips, sloes. They want to use anything that's in the environment around them and reconnect people to their surroundings and seasonality.

Mixed Fermentation and Barrel aging have become status quo with beers give time to age and mature before being released from the brewery adorned with artwork from artists and amateurs alike.
