Southern Carmine Bee-eater (Merops nubicoides) Bird Call | Kruger Birds

The Southern Carmine Bee-eater (Merops nubicoides) is a stunning bird that frequents the Kruger National Park during the Summer months. They are really beautiful and can often be seen in huge flocks.

This video, taken on the way back from Pafuri, was of an immature bird, so the colours on this Bee-eater are not as striking as a fully grown adult bird. Still beautiful to watch and look at!
