How to restrict the accountants to post to any ledger or subledger type accounts in D365 Finance

Controlling transactions can sometimes be a nightmare when any finance user or accounting clerk with access to some journals starts posting to any account type without restrictions. To control the ledger or sub-ledger account types to a specific journal so that the users authorized to post in those journals can only post to specific account types, Dynamics 365 finance provides a journal control feature in Journal setup.

The video demonstrates how to restrict the accountants to post to any ledger or subledger type accounts in D365 Finance.
