We have received some exciting news about the upcoming Version 5.1, and it’s related to one of the most awaited characters, the Pyro Archon, Mavuika. According to recent leaks from reliable sources, we will be able to test and play Mavuika for a short moment during the Archon Quest Act 3 or 4 in Version 5.1.

According to the data shared by HomDGcat, a reliable source in the community, Mavuika will be playable in the 5.1 Archon Quest while fighting the Abyss or something. Currently in the beta, she has no usable skills. You can only walk around with her, but she will automatically summon Sacred Flames to attack nearby enemies.

To be more precise, when Mavuika is on the field, she summons Sacred Flames on enemies every 5 seconds, dealing AoE Pyro damage and knocking nearby enemies into the air. The base damage is 94,852 at Level 92, which is the common environment level for Archon Quests. If there are no enemies within a 15-meter range, then she summons some kind of Flames at a position 12 plus/minus 5 meters in front of the character. The AoE of Sacred Flames is a circle with a radius of 8 meters, which is the same as Keqing’s Elemental Burst.

Since we’re still more than 3 months away from Version 5.3, which is expected to go live on January 1st, I’m pretty sure we won’t see Mavuika’s original kit or use her actual skills or burst in Version 5.1. And we all know why. It would kill the hype. She’s the Pyro Archon, so there’s no way HoYoverse would reveal her skills this early. Speaking of skills – we’ve got some information about Mavuika’s skills, and it’s not what you’d expect from an Archon, especially in Genshin Impact.

So according to a picture shared by FouL, it seems like Mavuika will ride a motorcycle during her skill. Yep, you heard it right. Mavuika might ride a motorcycle after casting her Elemental Skill. And at this point, we shouldn’t even be surprised. I mean, come on, we’ve seen Mualani using a surfboard, Kachina riding that thing, and don’t forget about Xilonen’s skates, so why not a motorcycle? And what’s next? Capitano riding the Tsaritsa or something? I’m kidding. But I’m really excited to see what’s next.

As you all know, Mavuika will be the next playable Archon. She’ll be a 5-star Pyro character and a claymore user. We’ve already seen her using a claymore while fighting Capitano, so it’s confirmed that she’ll be a claymore user. But her kit is very interesting – unlike the previous 5 playable Archons, Mavuika won’t be a support unit or a sub-DPS character. From what we know so far, she has the potential to become a support or sub-DPS unit, but that’s when you unlock her constellations.

They also said that the Pyro element attachment efficiency is similar to Raiden Shogun’s Elemental Skill, which kind of makes sense since she is also expected to be an off-field character. Furthermore, she has a constellation that increases the number of characters in the team with the Night Soul state. For example, if 2 Natlan characters are in the team, this constellation will instead treat the team as having 3 Natlan characters, which is really cool considering how important the Night Soul state is for Natlan characters.

At constellation zero, she will be a main DPS unit. I know there were rumors that she’d be the 5-star version of Xiangling, and that’s only when you unlock the higher constellations like C4 or C6. The source also claims that the Pyro Archon will become extremely viable for the meta when her constellation C2 is unlocked.
