Ingredients:
2 Cups of Wheat Berries per half gallon container
Optional 1 teaspoon (tsp) Dr. Willard’s Willard Water Ultimate Concentrate
Filtered Water – enough to cover and rinse over the multiple days of processing.

Tools:
1 Stainless Steel Funnel
1 or 2 Cup Measuring Cup
Measuring Spoons
Lead Free Pickel Pebbles or Weight to hold wheat berries down in container one is making acidophilus in.
Lid or cover to ensure the pressure is released in the acidophilus generating container.
1 Half Gallon Glass Container for Sprouting
Sprouting Lid for container. I prefer the 316 Stainless Steel Sprouting Lids by EchoPeaceful.
Standard Jar or Canning lid for shaking contents.
Platform or Bowl that will facilitate the needed angle for draining and ventilation.
Glass container for refrigerator to hold final product.

Cooking time: 8 to 10 hours of soaking with processing time of two full days (48 hours) of sprouting time, followed by an additional 48 hours + 24 hours +24 hours to create the acidophilus.
