PUMPKIN PIE OH MY-ONLY 2 BLUE WW POINTS AND DELICIOUS
I searched different recipes and tweaked a few to make this yummy low point pumpkin pie. I have made other pumpkin pie WW friendly ones in the past, but nothing compares to this one, its the bomb. On the video I said cup of Greek Yogurt, but my recipe called for cup, it still turned out fine. All my recipes are with WW Blue points because that is the plan I'm using. You can see the ingredients below and put them into you WW app to figure out how many Green or Purple points. This tastes soooo good. HINT: MAKE SURE YOU LET IT CHILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR 10 HOURS OR MORE, BEST IF OVERNIGHT. The two points includes the crust. You can check out the crust recipe here on my YouTube Channel, it is sooo good too.

INGREDIENTS:
1 CAN PUMPKIN (around 1 1/3 cups).
1 tsp of salt (optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 package of Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding-butterscotch or you can use vanilla if you can find the butterscotch flavor. I FOUND THIS PUDDING AT ALBERTSONS
1/2 cup of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Serve all-natural sweetener (granular) or other sugar free sweetener
Mix all ingredients together in a Food Processor, mixer or by hand until well blended. Pour into a pie pan with the prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. CHILL, CHILL, CHILL. Makes 6 servings, 2 points each which includes the pie crust, its the pie crust I made on my YouTube Channel otherwise you will need to adjust the points. If you use regular flour pie crust you will need to add 4-5 extra points per slice for this crust, if you use a graham cracker crust it can range from 5 to 7 points per slice just for the crust. So, a 1 point crust is awesome and it tastes very very good.
