Breaking the Magician's code... A padlock code! Over the years there have been many commercially available Magic Padlocks that are specially "fixed" for the trick. Here's a very simple and Easy and Direct trick using a regular padlock.

4 random numbers are picked by a spectator using playing cards, these numbers are the ONLY ones that can open the combination padlock! The magician never touches the padlock!

The effect can be used to unlock a box, or you could lock the spectators wedding ring on the padlock, so many various routines you could apply this to. Enjoy the magic!
