See the unseen - Eye on the Eurasian Blue Tit

In today's video I've started a longer series that i've called See the unseen.
In these videos I will mostly include only sound and clear video of a single bird species.

Our first guest is the Eurasian blue tit "Cyanistes caeruleus"

As this little guest is so active I've selected to slow down the action for us to better observe it.
In its beak you will see that it is eating on a sunflower seed.

The differences between male and female adult birds can be seen in the blue head feathers (at least under ultraviolet light) where the males have a brighter blue crown than the female bird.

The size is L 10 1/2 - 12 cm
