Stuffed Fried Olives

A nice appetizer to serve with cocktails....goes great with Martinis!!

Ingredients:
Pitted Olives
Goat Cheese - you can also use other cheeses like Ricotta or Mozzarella
I added fresh parsley, slat, pepper and garlic powder to the goat cheese I used....About 1/2 tsp each to 4oz of Goat cheese
Egg
Flour
Bread Crumbs
