Diplomacy stays broken. Run is from 0:01 to 6:30.
9 turns. 7 battles. 10 diplomats. 50 territories. And one dream. I spent way too many hours figuring this route out and grinding it, but it eventually paid off! It could be a little faster, but getting a complete run is a long shot so I'm not complaining.

I'll eventually make a more descriptive guide, but the general strategy is executing my Scipii short campaign strategy to kill Carthage and Numidia (with a few improvements to make it way more consistent) and then spreading diplomats out across the map to "buy" territories. It requires a great deal of patience, planning, and luck, but the end result is a truly wild way to beat Rome: Total War in six and a half minutes. Hope you enjoy!
