Hvorostovsky's Renato (2014): Un Ballo in Maschera Act 3 with Monastyrska (In Memoriam)

As another tribute to the great and beloved Dmitri Hvorostovsky (1962-2017), and again with the aim to present him in some of his best live performances in important roles of his career, I post now this beautiful interpretation of the Act 3 of Verdi's Un Ballo in Maschera, in which he sings one of his best Verdi roles, Renato (impressive "Eri tu" at 11:20!). This unfortunatey was to be one of the last performances of Dmitri Hvorostovsky at the Covent Garden.

He's partnered by the excellent Lyudmila Monastyrska as Amelia and conducted by Daniel Oren, and the rest of the cast is:
