The first major snowstorm in Montreal, Canada of 2022 (and the 2021/2022 winter season) finally happened on Monday, January 17, 2022!

🌨️ ❄️

Although it was a little late into the winter, around 25 centimetres of snow was expected to fall. As of 6:00 pm, 17 centimetres of snow had fallen.

In this video, I put together a a compilation of various clips I filmed throughout the day.

You will see buses, snowplows, trains and more, working their way through the snow.

There was even a broken water pipe in Downtown Montreal earlier in the afternoon.

My goal is to get some footage of a show removal operation sometime in the coming days!
