Patch 6.4: Searing Light range doubled

Patch 6.08: Astral Impulse now 440, Ruby Rite 450, and Fountain of Fire 540. No use changes.
Patch 6.1: Searing Light is no longer Carby Based. The Summoner itself casts it.
All Ruby actions now are a forced 3 second recast, Swiftcast only allows movement now. All potencies of Ruby skills increased to compensate.
Lucid Dreaming now level 14.
