Summary: Lady Fairchild's fears are founded. A member of the Moldovia Clan of hunters has attacked the manor and has torn the place apart fighting with Lady Fairchild. Even given her great experience, she’s not a match for the ruthless hunter. The human starts off running through the manor having come home to find the place wrecked. The human eventually finds the hunter and vampire as the hunter seems to be talking to Fairchild before going to finish off the vampire. The human then uses their body to shield Fairchild, and makes an attempt to get the hunter to spare the vampire. During this conversation, love finally overcomes fear and the human is able to say they love Fairchild. The hunter gives the human one chance to convince them…
