The project included a full strip-out of the previous tenant’s fit-out, followed by a complete Cat A upgrade, including:

New ceiling installation

New electrical and lighting systems

Full internal decoration

New raised access floors

This Cat A office fit out was delivered in collaboration with PSK, with a strong focus on quality, programme and coordination throughout the build.

Following practical completion, our Aftercare Manager will now oversee the defects period, ensuring the space continues to meet the required standards and performs as intended.
