In this video we go over how to disassemble and rebuild any genuine OEM Sears Craftsman C3 series cordless tool DieHard battery pack. Both the earlier types based on Nickel-Cadmium (aka Ni-Cd) battery cell technology, as well as the final OEM generation based on Lithium-Ion (aka Li-Ion) battery cell technology. We will not be making any design changes or modifications, but rather rebuilding the packs using the OEM approach of spot welding the replacement cells together. I believe these OEM battery packs were originally produced by Panasonic for Sears under contract.

This video shows two specific battery pack model numbers (315.11375 and 315.PP2025), but the approach should also apply to any of the following battery numbers as well: 130279017, 130211047, 1323517, 1323903, 315.11371, 315.11374, 315.PP2000, 315.PP2010, 315.PP2011, 315.PP2020, 315.PP2030, 315.113753, 315.113740, 315.113710, 130279003, 130211004, 130211002, 130211011, 935708, or 130279005.
