This chow recipe is inspired by the chinese style chow that are served in various restaurants in Kolkata. This particular style is greatly influenced from the "Chung wah" restaurant at Chandni Chawk, Kolkata.
We personally like chow with soy sauce, so used in a greater quantity. If you don't like the flavour much of soy sauce, you can reduce or omit, but the soy sauce makes a lot of difference in flavour. Also, Golden Mountain sauce is not always available, in that case you can omit.

Ingredients:
Thick Noodles Boiled - 200gm
Sliced Onions - 1cup
Boneless chicken - 150gm
Egg - 4
Chopped mushroom - 1 cup
Sliced cabbage - 1 cup
Cubed carrot and broccolini - 1 cup
Cubed capsicum - 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped - 2 Tbsp
Ginger julienned - 1 Tbsp
Red chilli - 5
Soy Sauce - 3 Tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Golden Mountain Sauce -1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp
Sunflower Oil - 4 Tbsp
