Alechka Nasyrova, an influencer from Ukraine, has never had a proper haircut. She only trims her hair slightly to maintain its strength and health. Her fascination with long hair was inspired by her mother and grandmother, who also had very long hair, as well as fairytale heroines like Rapunzel, to whom she is often compared.

Nasyrova washes her hair once a week, and it usually takes her about 30 minutes to get it all clean. However, if she wants to use a hair mask, it takes an extra two hours. She doesn't use any heat to dry her hair. Instead, she lets it dry naturally, which can take up to 24 hours. It’s a long process, but she believes it’s worth it to keep her hair healthy.

To live with hair this long, she usually wears it in a braided bun to keep it from trailing on the floor behind her. It's a practical style that helps her manage the length and prevents it from getting dirty or tangled.

Alechka Nasyrova currently holds the Guinness World Record for the longest hair on a living woman, with a total length of 8 feet 5.3 inches (257.33 cm). She loves how seeing her hair often inspires others to grow their own.
