{Trainz Reskinning} How to White Map: The Basics

Due to the high number of questions I get regarding Reskinz, I decided to start a small series of tutorials to help new reskinners learn the very basics of Reskinning. Today I will be covering "White Mapping" which is part of the very basics of Reskinning.

Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses—such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research—as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use.
