In this episode, Nathaniel Hovsepian is delighted to introduce you to Seth Terramane, an extraordinary individual whose journey is nothing short of inspiring. Seth has been with his partner for 20 years and married for 15 years. His wife is truly amazing, and he wouldn’t be himself without her. They have two kiddos—Addie, who’s 7, and Huck, who will be 3 in August.

Seth's professional path has been diverse and dynamic. With an undergraduate degree in creative writing focused on poetry and a graduate degree in American literature, he initially planned on entering the medical field but pivoted to farming and real estate. He has been running an organic veggie farm in Vermont for over a decade, growing a variety of vegetables and feeding numerous families.

Seth's real estate journey began with underwriting properties daily and buying his first triplex through a creative approach. Since joining the Subto community in 2023, he has wholesaled properties, raised substantial capital, and built a private lending group to educate others. His commitment to personal growth, mindset development, and helping others achieve their first deals is truly commendable.
