Awareness does not demand long hours.

Emotional stability increases
You stop being swept away by negative emotions

The mind naturally rests in positivity unless you consciously choose otherwise.
True realizations are experiential, not intellectual.
You already carry the power of God within you, but this truth is revealed only when you connect deeply with yourself—when awareness becomes lived, not thought about.
